Set these before you export. The defaults work for a straight Shopify import.

Which stores can I export?
Any store running on Shopify that publishes its catalogue, which is the default for Shopify stores. Use the preview above: if products appear, the store can be exported. Stores on other platforms, or Shopify stores that hide their catalogue, can't be exported.
Do I need access to the store?
No. We only read the product data the store already shows to every visitor. You don't need a login, an app or an API key.
Can I import the file straight into my store?
Yes. In Shopify go to Products, then Import, and upload the file. For WooCommerce, use the built-in product CSV importer and map the columns.
Am I allowed to reuse the products?
The export gives you data. Brand names, product photos and descriptions can be protected by copyright or trademark. Make sure you have the right to use them, for example as an authorised reseller, before you publish them.
What counts as an export?
Each file you create is one export, however many products it holds, up to your plan's per-export limit. The daily count resets every 24 hours.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing in your dashboard and cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. See the refund policy.
