What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• What you do in the app: the store addresses you export, your export settings and the files you create.
• Billing details: your plan and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe, and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and logs we need to run and protect the service.

How we use it

To run your account and exports, enforce plan limits, take payments, send emails about your account (such as finished exports and password resets), prevent abuse, and improve the product. We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service: hosting, payments (Stripe) and email delivery. They process data on our behalf and only for that purpose. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data and export files stay while your account is open. You can delete any export from your history at any time. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Security

Passwords are hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to data is limited to what each part of the service needs.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to how we use it. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. To use these rights, email support@shopifyscarper.com from the address on your account.

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app.
