Eligibility
Paid subscriptions (e.g. Pro plan) may be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available for partial months or after 14 days.
How to request
Contact us with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process eligible requests within 5–10 business days.
Free plan
The free plan does not require payment; no refund applies.
