Agreement

By creating an account or using ScraperPro you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service does

ScraperPro reads the product data that Shopify stores publish to every visitor and turns it into files such as CSV and JSON. ScraperPro is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use exported data. Product names, photos, descriptions and brands can be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights. Only publish or resell content you are entitled to use, and follow the laws that apply to you and the terms of the sites you export from.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Don't try to get around plan limits, overload the service or the stores you export from, or access other users' data.
• Don't resell access to your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Accounts and payment

Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. Paid plans are billed in advance each month at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Our service and your data

We own ScraperPro, its software and its branding. You own the files you create. We keep your export files in your history so you can download them again, until you delete them or close your account.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. Stores can change or restrict what they publish, so we can't guarantee that every store can be exported or that every field will be filled. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.
